The Opportunity

Our team is looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion to work in Aged Care.

  • Deliver and manage high-quality care needs of residents ensuring respect and dignity are upheld
  • Manage and direct staff in day-to-day activities for residents
  • Support managers to fulfil objectives for effective management of facilities
  • Record accurate medical records on each resident following documentation guidelines
  • Comply with health and safety legislation and policy
  • Participate in continuous improvement process and systems
About You
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with the relevant authority
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
