Job Title: Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Care Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, implementing tailored care plans, and monitoring their health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized care and implementing comprehensive care plans.
  • Monitoring residents' health and administering medications as required.
  • Supervising and supporting nursing and care staff in providing optimal patient care.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a person-centered approach.
  • Managing residents' chronic conditions and ensuring timely medical interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to aged care regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Experience in aged care, geriatrics, or clinical nursing
