HR Specialist Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our international team as a Senior HR Generalist.
About the Role:- This generalist position offers the opportunity to contribute across a diverse range of HR functions, driving talent and organisational success through strategic planning, risk management, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressive HR generalist experience, with demonstrated expertise in learning & development, recruitment, work health & safety, remuneration & benefits, and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage L&D programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes from job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
- Champion a safe work environment, coordinating WHS policies, compliance, and reporting.
- Assist with administering the annual remuneration and benefits framework for competitive market positioning.
- Develop and coordinate health and wellbeing, employee benefits, and culture initiatives.
A strong understanding of employment law and regulations is required, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. You will be working within a fast-paced, international professional environment, so the ability to excel under pressure is essential.
