Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a People Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to employment-related queries with efficiency and professionalism.

You will maintain our Position Description library and employee files, support employee onboarding, and assist the Talent team with administration. Additionally, you will manage compliance processes, including the employee visa register, and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree (or working towards one) in Business, HR Management, or a related field. Some HR-related experience or exposure is also essential, along with strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach is a must.
