Human Resources Specialist Job

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employment-related inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain our Position Description library and employee files.
  • Support employee onboarding and assist the Talent team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage compliance processes, including the employee visa register.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
  • A degree (or working towards one) in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Some experience in HR or exposure to the field, with a genuine interest in developing your career.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office; HRIS experience is advantageous.
