About this role
We're looking for a professional to join our team in the People Services Department. The job involves maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with HR projects across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR processes to ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
- Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
- Review and prepare employment contracts and changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills.
