We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional to support our organization in various human resources related matters.
This role will involve providing practical guidance on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies as well as experience using human capital management systems and managing recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and solutions-focused approach
