Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Join a leading industrial and manufacturing company as a Human Resources Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting the human resources manager department with best practices and compliance. This is a temporary opportunity based in Knoxfield with the possibility of a permanent contract.

The Key Responsibilities for this Position:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support compliance with workplace legislation and industrial relations requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Resolve employee queries and provide timely support on HR matters.
  • Assist with performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Profile:

The Successful Application Would Ideally Possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Australian workplace legislation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
