About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product professional to lead the development of innovative, high-performing Bedding & Bath ranges that excite customers and align with business goals.

This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we move into our next phase of growth. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in fabrics and fibres, paired with insight into emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Bedding & Bath that align with the broader Product strategy
  • Develop and deliver product ranges that surprise and delight customers
  • Drive sales, gross margin, and stock turn targets while building strong supplier partnerships and delivering winning product strategies
  • Research and identify new product and promotional opportunities to stay ahead of market trends
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product range in line with style and trend plans
  • Analyse sales data to determine product needs, category performance, and markdown strategies
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure innovation, best pricing, quality, and value
  • Ensure supplier agreements and compliance are effectively managed
  • Maintain and communicate accurate product data to key stakeholders
  • Deliver promotional calendar plans and manage stock performance
  • Deliver strong workforce planning that enables all direct reports to consistently deliver on their key outcomes
About You
  • Proven experience in product development, buying or merchandising
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and fibres, up-to-date with emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends
  • Proven ability to analyse sales performance and make data-driven product decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
