Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Product Innovation Specialist to drive our product development journey forward.
In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating innovations, providing technical advice, and investigating product challenges across the Middle East and India markets.
To succeed in this position, you must have a good understanding of regulatory environments, emerging markets, and the Asia region for the vitamins and dietary supplement industry. You should also possess experience developing products or formulations from concept to launch, as well as assessing raw materials and evaluating specifications and samples.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support and manage new product development and reformulation projects within the Middle East and India pipeline
- Support product registration in each market, including technical review of specifications, dossier preparation, and providing technical advice
- Collaborate with Marketing and Science teams to generate new concepts for our Swisse NPD pipeline
- Act as the communication hub between ANZ and MEI to achieve greater synergies
- Investigate product challenges and provide technical recommendations for improvements
