Senior Product and Pricing Leader

This is a key leadership role within the organisation. The successful candidate will lead and set the strategic direction for the Product and Pricing team, working collaboratively with various business units to bring innovative products to market.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a senior leadership role within the life or health insurance industry
  • Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in a business discipline
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership experience and exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to recognise, analyse, and solve complex problems

The Senior Product and Pricing Leader will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, enhancing, and communicating product strategies across various teams
  • Identifying new market opportunities and leading the development of new product propositions
  • Maintaining a strong focus on product innovation and leveraging integration with our core products to drive behavioural outcomes and improve customer experiences
  • Managing the performance of in-force and new business products to achieve key business goals
