Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation and Development Expert to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to make a real impact on the development of our product range.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing ones to meet market needs and align with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Quality: Implement and maintain robust quality control processes across our expanding industrial goods range.
- Develop New Products: Collaborate with suppliers, production, and internal teams to develop new products and enhancements to our existing range.
- Write Technical Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly installation guides, care instructions, and technical product documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in FMCG product development, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Familiarity with road and safety products for the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of ISO systems, AU/NZ Standards, and quality compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to create clear installation guides, care instructions, and product specifications.
- Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience working with local and overseas suppliers and factories.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience writing product manuals, guides, and technical documentation.
