Welcome to MECCA-MAGINATIONS, our in-house brand incubator and innovation engine, often referred to as the Living Lab of Beauty. This is where our beauty intel and know how takes shape, evolving into products and launch into the world. From MECCA COSMETICA to MECCA MAX and KIT, this team builds brands that don't just sit pretty on shelves—they spark joy, disrupt categories, and set new standards.

Now, we're searching for a Head of Product Innovation to help bring even more of our boldest ideas to life.

The role you could play :

You'll lead the end-to-end NPD process—from "what if?" to shelf. You'll shape the 3–5 year innovation roadmap across Skin, Sun, Colour, Wellness and emerging categories, backed by insight, consumer obsession and operational excellence.

This role is pivotal in the MECCA-Maginations team and reports to the GM. You'll work cross-functionally, globally and strategically to deliver products that excite customers and push the boundaries of beauty. Further you will;

Own and deliver the multi-year product innovation strategy and 36-month development pipeline

Drive continuous improvement across team capability, supplier networks and development timelines

Partner across the business (Brand, Education, Design, Ops) and beyond (contract manufacturers, global R&D hubs, packaging innovators)

Champion a high-standard, low-ego team culture that embraces testing, iteration and brave new ideas

Keep the customer (and our MECCA values) front and centre at every touchpoint

What you will bring :

A passionate product leader with 12+ years in product development (ideally in beauty or adjacent spaces)

Know how to balance blue-sky thinking with commercial acumen (COGS, compliance, testing—we see you) You're curious, commercial and always up for challenging the status quo

A deep understanding of product lifecycles, supplier landscapes and international market readiness

A future-facing mindset and know how to design for sustainability, scalability and speed

Are a people-first leader who builds high-performing, happy teams? Can you show how you coach, stretch and grow a team that's ready for anything?

You bring people together, make space for ideas, and lead through influence. You move fast, make decisions, and rally your team to deliver but know how to bring calm clarity when the way forward isn't clear
