Finance Systems Lead Job Opportunity

This strategic leadership role is designed to oversee the efficient operation of our financial IT systems, ensuring accurate and reliable financial data while continually optimizing key processes across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in financial IT systems and advise on continuous improvements, including interdependent systems
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the data contained in, and functionality of, our financial platforms
  • Collaborate with finance leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, procurement, accounts, and other key financial processes

Identify opportunities for automation enhancements such as predictive analytics or anomaly detection in financial operations

About You:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Systems Lead, or Product Manager within an enterprise financial system environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Hands-on implementation experience (Oracle preferred)
