Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role where you'll oversee financial performance, optimise costs and provide strategic insights that influence key business decisions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide in-depth analysis across various metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives investment opportunities and operational efficiencies. Act as a trusted advisor to support commercial decision-making.
  • Drive cost control initiatives by monitoring expenses identifying areas for savings and implementing financial best practices. Ensure transparency in cost allocation across business units.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes reporting tools and internal controls. Ensure adherence to accounting standards corporate policies and risk management frameworks.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience including business partnering and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
  • Experience working with large complex structures and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Exposure to partnering and collaborating with IT function is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills ERP Systems Business Intelligence Tools Excel.
