Operations Leader Sought

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused and commercially driven operations leader who can combine leadership with a strong business development drive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of bids, proposals to secure new contracts and grow client portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across existing contracts to secure renewals, extensions, and upsell opportunities.
  • Support the operations, administrative, and client services teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure operational quality standards are upheld and efficiencies continually improved.
  • Monitor contract performance, profitability providing clear reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in senior leadership within cleaning services or similar operational environment.
  • Demonstrated success growing client portfolios, securing new contracts through relationship building, tendering.
  • Proven experience overseeing day-to-day operations, client services, administration in multi-site service-based business.
  • Strong knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
  • Excellent budget management financial oversight skills cost control, profitability focus.
  • Experience recruiting managing motivating teams.
  • High level professional communication, reporting organisational skills.
  • Collaborative approachable leadership style genuine commitment quality, safety, service excellence.
