Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Western Australian operations.

This role entails full accountability for the strategic, financial, and operational performance of our business.

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing mining contracts and national service agreements.

The selected individual will oversee FIFO operations, a 24/7 breakdown service team, warehouse logistics, and a network of distributors and franchise partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all Western Australian operations.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure effective execution and compliance of mining and industrial service contracts.
  • Drive the delivery of strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance.
Requirements
  • An industrial products background with mining services or contracting experience is essential.
  • Proven business development skills – you thrive on customer interaction.
  • A natural leader who builds customer-focused, high-performing teams.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willingsness to travel across WA and occasionally interstate.
