Job Description:

This is a remarkable chance to join a highly skilled and respected engineering team in Australia. As a Maritime Structural Engineer, you will be working on the design and planning of large-scale multi-discipline maritime facilities for various industries, including defence, local government, state government, ports, and sustainability (hydrogen terminals). This diverse range of projects will enable you to rapidly develop and gain valuable experience, which may not be available elsewhere. You will be supported by and collaborate with a range of other disciplines across different partners.

The team's portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the AUKUS nuclear powered submarine facility upgrades (HMAS Stirling, Perth), as well as numerous other infrastructure developments, including clean energy initiatives (Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub, Adelaide), boating infrastructure (Clump Point Boat Ramp, North Queensland), wharf and port infrastructure (Port of Brisbane, Wharf 11 & 12), and the remediation of valuable public assets (Central Pier, Melbourne).

In this role, you will leverage your existing experience to deliver structural designs from concept to construction phase support. There will also be opportunities to develop your leadership and business development skills through project management and proposal tasks.
