Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Asia.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct the operations of all food and beverage services, including restaurants, bars, and related services.
- Manage and control all variable costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage service, preferably in deluxe hotels or restaurants.
- Diploma or higher in Hotel or F&B management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of other international languages desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
