Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, including the Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitor and control operating and labour costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role or an Acting F&B Team Leader or Senior F&B Attendant within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and Micros.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate.
