Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our resort's management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of all food and beverage services, including restaurants, bars, and other related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control the operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service.
- Manage and develop the food and beverage teams, providing training and coaching to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Club Med's quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a deluxe hotel or restaurant setting.
- Diploma or higher in hotel or food and beverage management.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of other international languages an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
