Product Owner Strategic Complaints Data Provision and Maintenance

This is a senior-level opportunity to join the Complaints Transformation Crew at CommBank, where you will play a key role in driving business and customer outcomes through the provision and maintenance of complaint data.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives, including OKR tracking and prioritization.
- Drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of product and data strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business, translating their needs for the squad.
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design and development.
- Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform product roadmap and prioritization decisions.
- Maintain a healthy prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Manage the merchant lifecycle, implementing improvements as required.
- Ensure developer documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of users.
- Provide support to customers, developers, and suppliers, resolving issues and addressing impediments.
- Accountable for addressing risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Lead and develop the product roadmap, engaging with senior stakeholders and business units to manage delivery.
- Lead the squad day-to-day, delivering change and lifecycle activities, and managing senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile environment as a Product Owner.
- A customer-first mindset, always starting with and anchoring back to the customer outcome.
- A risk mindset, with a strong ability to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
- Exceptional stakeholder/supplier engagement skills, including presentation skills, communication, negotiation, and influencing capability at a senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- In-depth understanding of best practices in technology delivery and business strategic thinking.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product features.
