This is a senior-level opportunity to join the Commonwealth Bank Group as a Product Owner for Strategic Complaints Data Provision and Maintenance. As a key member of the Complaints Transformation Crew, you will be responsible for leading and defining the product/data vision, goals, and roadmap for complaint data provision and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Squad: Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives, including OKR tracking, and drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of product and data strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the voice of the customer and business, translating customer needs into actionable product features, and incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
- Risk Management: Identify, articulate, and manage risks and compliance across streams of work, and lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders and business units to manage the delivery of the product roadmap, and ensure that prioritization is understood and agreed to.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and lead the product roadmap, and ensure that it aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the squad, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver the product roadmap.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in an agile environment as a Product Owner.
- Customer-First Mindset: A customer-first mindset, always starting with and anchoring back to the customer outcome.
- Risk Mindset: A risk mindset, with a strong ability to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder/supplier engagement skills, including presentation skills, communication, negotiation, and influencing capability at a senior leadership level.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Technology Delivery: In-depth understanding of better practices in terms of technology delivery and business strategic thinking.
