Providing Personalised Support to Individuals with Complex Needs
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide individualised support to clients with complex physical needs.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, and Allied Health qualification. They will also require a Valid NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Manual Handling Certificate and Australian drivers license.
This is a rewarding role that offers flexible hours, regular shifts and the support of an experienced team. You will be part of a dynamic organisation that provides quality person-centred support to individuals with disability and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with high physical needs on a 1:1 basis
- Provide personal/hygiene care and social/community participation

- Flexible hours and regular shifts
- Support and mentoring from an experienced team
- Remuneration based on the SCHADS Award, schedule E 3.1
Requirements:
- Valid Australian drivers license and own insured vehicle
- Current documents for working with vulnerable populations (NDIS Worker Check, etc.)
