- Personal transportation, including a car, is necessary for traveling between facilities.
- Hold a Certificate III or Cert IV in Aged Care, demonstrating your knowledge and skills in the field.
- Obtain a current Police Check prior to commencing employment, as it is mandatory for working with vulnerable populations.
- Ensure you possess full working rights in Australia, required for employment in this position.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of manual handling and COVID-safe practices.
- Provide proof of current COVID and flu vaccination records.
- Embody a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and prioritize resident well-being.
