
Vulnerable Population Support Specialist

Caseworkers play a critical role in supporting vulnerable children, young people and families. As a Casework Support Specialist, you will directly support the day-to-day work of caseworkers by undertaking tasks that contribute to keeping children, young people and families safe.
- Assist caseworkers with case planning, documentation and preparation for children and young people.
- Source and share relevant information about families, make referrals and appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information system records.
- Supervise family contact visits and create detailed reports recording observations.
