Job Description

As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

  • Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Relevant qualifications, certifications, and clearances including NDIS worker check, National police check, up-to-date flu and Covid-19 vaccination, Current First Aid and CPR certification.
