We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a dedicated Service Support Specialist.

As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential service support and assistance, adhering to our organisation's policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, managing their diary/calendar with discretion, prioritising issues requiring immediate attention
  • Prepare paperwork, assist in correspondence, conduct research, develop presentations, coordinate approval processes
  • Support Human Resources, oversee staff return-to-work processes, monitor attendance records, coordinate training delivery
  • Demonstrate initiative to improve office systems

Additional Duties:

  • Cover reception and student services during absences
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
  • Attend non-teaching staff meetings

Requirements:

  • A current National Criminal Records Check and Working with Children Check Card
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Effective planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional telephone and customer service etiquette
  • High level of literacy, numeracy, and information technology skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Maintain confidentiality
