Dedicated Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to ACU staff, students, and university stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and electronic lodgement;
- Conduct thorough research and resolution of first-level service requests and enquiries across various services;
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, including automation and streamlining of existing processes;
- Serve as the initial point of contact for telephone enquiries from the general public and University stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional service delivery to ACU staff, students, and university stakeholders;
- Manage diverse contact centre operations in a higher education setting;
- Support the development and implementation of service improvements initiatives;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve service requests and improve overall service quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in using various technologies to efficiently triage/resolve service requests;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Total remuneration valued up to $101,464 - $109,838 per annum, including salary component and benefits;
- 17% employer superannuation contributions;
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary payable;
