
Dedicated Customer Support Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated customer service professional to provide friendly and focused support via phone or other channels.
You'll assist with investigating queries, finding solutions, and communicating effectively with customers to establish a positive rapport.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to learn and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide card balance checks and support for digital cards on mobile wallets
- Offer information on how and where to use physical and digital cards
- Assist with replacement cards if issues arise
- Deliver timely and friendly customer service, ensuring clear communication
- Update and maintain accurate customer service database information
- Liaise with inbound sales teams on new business opportunities
- Report on customer service trends to management
- Able to sit for an 8-hour shift while talking to customers via headset
- Available to work a rotating schedule (Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 6:00pm) including public holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic MS Office, internet, Windows, and typing skills
- Experience in retail, customer service, or call centers is a plus but not required
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, hard work, and professionalism
