We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine if customers' companies are legitimate legal business entities
- Verify customer information and authenticate digital certificates
- Mitigate risk while evaluating enrolments using local knowledge
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Seeking assistance from management and senior team members to resolve policy, process, and system issues
- Building relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Developing a strong knowledge of our products and customer portals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and one or more additional languages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
