HR ERP Functional Lead

The strategic leadership of HR ERP initiatives plays a vital role in the long-term success of an organization's ERP program. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving this vision forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • ERP HR Design and Implementation: Lead end-to-end HR processes across various implementation activities.
  • Job Architecture and Catalogue Development: Design and implement new job architecture and catalogue, including role descriptions, required capabilities, and skills.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective integration.
  • Cross-Functional Solution Design: Collaborate with program stakeholders to provide input for solution design.
  • ERP Process and System Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to develop detailed requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years' experience in program and/or project leadership roles within HR ERP implementation programs.
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven track record of delivering Digital HR Transformation programs.
  • Technology Change Management: Experience leading large-scale Technology Change Programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and expectations management.
