We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to step into a pivotal role within a large-scale transformation program.
This is a fixed term contract for an immediate start until the end of Jan 2026 and is based in Western Sydney.
About the Role This is a hands-on partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver strategic HR advice and practical change support.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that is navigating significant organisational change and will play a critical role in shaping the new structure and supporting staff through transition.
Key Responsibilities: Provide senior-level HR partnering and consulting across the business.
Support change implementation, including consultation, redeployment, and placement processes.
Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, balancing BAU and transformation priorities.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and enable positive people outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and workforce matters.
About You Proven experience as a senior HR business partner in a large and complex organisation.
Strong capability in organisational change, transformation, and employee relations.
Ability to manage high-pressure environments with resilience and pragmatism.
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, guide, and build trust quickly.
Comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment where immediate impact is needed.
Previous experience working with the Education or Govt sectors would be advantageous.
This contract will pay up to $168,000 including Super.
