About the role:As HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning people practices with strategy, ensuring leaders and teams are equipped to deliver strong results and exceptional outcomes for their customers. You'll work alongside a highly regarded HR Director and be part of a collaborative, high-performing HR team supported by centres of excellence.

Salary circa $160K - $170K + Super + Bonus + Benefits  

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead initiatives across talent management, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, balancing strategic input with hands-on support.
  • Drive HR projects that uplift capability, culture, and engagement.
  • Collaborate on global projects, gaining exposure to diverse practices and thinking.

Skills and experience

  • Strong HR generalist or business partnering background, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • A proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice.
  • Passion for building culture, developing talent, and delivering business results.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on mindset.
