About Our Digital Transformation Initiative
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive the successful delivery of our digital transformation program. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will partner with leaders to develop people and systems that provide critical ICT services including information security, cloud, business intelligence and data warehousing.
A key aspect of this role is providing operational HR support and advice to leaders and staff across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes talent management, workforce planning, HR policy and procedures advice, industrial relations support, manager and team capability development. Ensuring organisational compliance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulations is also a vital part of this role.
As an experienced HR professional, you will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to implement initiatives that drive business outcomes. You will also have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- HR experience in a large and complex professional / service industry organisation, supporting a portfolio of clients using a business partnership model, and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience facilitating complex HR change management initiatives with the ability to effectively project manage.
- Capacity to implement HR initiatives including planning, managing change, improving performance and dealing with challenges creatively.
- Interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience coaching and developing the capability of managers and staff, particularly in the area of HR.
- Knowledge and experience working with industrial organisations, legislative instruments and public sector structure, policies and processes.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports and achieve business-focused solutions.
