Job Description

The Head of Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, driving innovation, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced leader with a forward-thinking approach to technology, strategic thinking, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear technology roadmap aligned to our strategic intent.
  • Lead the technology function, ensuring the effective delivery of systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security.
  • Promote a strong organisational culture by providing thought leadership, conceptual leadership, and advocacy across the business.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, preferably in complex corporate environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technology trends into business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, flexible working arrangements, 15 days personal leave per year, and 16 weeks paid parental leave.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 Per Year
