About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will play a crucial role in shaping our technology risk strategy and ensuring the effective management of technology-related risks.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on technology risk management practices, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to mitigate technology risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimize business outcomes.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and policies;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on technology risk management best practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of risk awareness and responsibility within the organization;

We're Looking for Someone with:

  • A deep understanding of technology infrastructure, engineering practices, DevSecOps, IT service management, and SRE/Observability disciplines;
  • Experience in risk management and risk frameworks/3 lines of defense model, ideally in banking;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
  • A curious and humble mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or risk management.
