We are seeking a skilled Senior Legal Technology Strategist to join our team at the University of New South Wales.

Our Legal & Compliance Office is responsible for navigating legal matters across the university, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and integration of legal technology systems into our daily operations, ensuring we meet stakeholder needs and compliance obligations.
  • To design, configure, and implement a digital roadmap, with a primary focus on our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
  • To train new users and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and license management.
  • To leverage data analytics to create dashboards and reports that enhance transparency and provide commercial insights.
  • To continuously review and improve processes to maximize efficiency and align with stakeholder needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in law, project management, business or IT, or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Existing experience across AI, commercial contracts, and legal operations.
  • Sound technology skills, well-versed in legal enterprise software, tools, and applications.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering legal technology projects and/or have a high level of experience in program management, planning, and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of $123k-$138k, plus 17% flexible super and leave loading. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options, additional leave during the festive period, career development opportunities, and discounts on UNSW courses.
