We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Strategist to lead and deliver cutting-edge HR solutions as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. This is a client-facing consultancy role, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, and Time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, delivering quality solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage full lifecycle projects, ensuring successful delivery from design through to go-live and support.
  • Expertise in Time Management and Time Tracking
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions across Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient configurations.
  • Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on-site presence for key client meetings and project milestones.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to support project implementation and foster strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on consultancy and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
