Our Grounds Maintenance Team is looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our crew in Port Macquarie. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality service by performing maintenance and groundskeeping tasks across designated sites.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for mowing, trimming, spraying, cleaning, and other tasks related to the upkeep and design of both external and internal landscapes. This includes general works and maintenance programs, irrigation reticulation repairs and installations as required, and ensuring works programs are maintained to the level as set per contract specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge in gardening (mowing, weed spraying, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a similar role/contract
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent work ethic with pride in workmanship
  • Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised
  • Good verbal communication skills
