**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled grounds maintenance professional to join our team in Port Macquarie, available on a full-time or part-time basis.

The onsite groundskeeper plays a critical role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality service by performing routine maintenance and upkeep tasks across designated sites.

This position involves operating company equipment safely and performing all necessary duties to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, spraying, cleaning, and other related tasks.
  • Performing general works and maintenance programs, including mowing, grounds cleaning activities, and irrigation reticulation repairs and installations as required.
  • Ensuring works programs meet contract specifications and maintaining the safety of personnel and public.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge in gardening practices (mowing, weed spraying, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or contract.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
  • Sound organizational skills and pride in workmanship.
