About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Manager - Global to join our brand team at Pepperstone EU Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship awareness and recognition of our brand alignment through onsite, offsite, and digital activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sponsorship Campaign Prioritization: Define sponsorship campaign priorities and key performance indicators to measure success and evaluate individual initiatives and events.
  • Global Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and manage go-to-market strategies and activation plans for Pepperstone's global sponsorships, aligned with the sponsorship calendar.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate with regional marketing leads to co-develop activation and marketing plans for local sponsorships, supporting the global strategy. Build and maintain relationships with regional marketing leads, commercial heads, sales teams, partners, legal, compliance, sponsors, and agencies.
  • Event Sponsorship Coordination: Coordinate event sponsorship activities, including logistics, branding opportunities, and on-site and digital activations.
  • Sponsorship Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of sponsorship initiatives, providing insights and reports on ROI and effectiveness to senior management.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sponsorship related roles, with a strong track record of delivering successful sponsorship campaigns.
  • Global Rights Holder Experience: Proven experience working with global rights holders in the sporting field.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative Thinking and Analytical Skills: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets and forecast financials.
  • Social Media and Digital Understanding: Proficient in social media and understanding the digital role of sponsorship content.
