The Role

As a People Business Partner at Indie Campers, you will play a key role in shaping and executing People strategies that align with the company's growth and culture objectives. Your contributions will have a direct impact on employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. By fostering a positive and productive work environment, you will help ensure that the team can focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Matter Experts to understand business needs and provide People support and guidance.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze People metrics and provide insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations for the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
