Project Delivery Lead

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring safety, compliance, cost-efficiency, and operational performance are met or exceeded.

  • Lead multiple large-scale capital projects from scoping through to commissioning
  • Develop and manage annual CapEx programs and assist with the 3-year rolling divisional capital plan
  • Provide technical direction to engineering and maintenance teams across several manufacturing sites
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable engineering solutions to reduce downtime
  • Ensure legislative compliance across multi-state operations (VIC, SA, NSW, TAS)
  • Build strong relationships with site teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Key qualifications include a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong mechanical or electrical engineering skills, combined with experience managing capital projects in a food or FMCG manufacturing setting, are essential for success in this role.
