Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role that involves leading capital works projects across a major healthcare portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, governance and client-side delivery of a diverse program of capital works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead capital works projects across a major healthcare portfolio
  • Deliver strategic redevelopment in a live hospital environment

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale construction or redevelopment projects, ideally supported by qualifications in construction, engineering, project management or a related field. Healthcare sector experience is highly regarded but other complex client-side experience will also be considered.

The role requires strong governance skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder expectations with the complexities of live healthcare environments. Cultural fit and adaptability are key, with the broader redevelopment team focused on collaboration, detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
