Capital Project Leader

Leading Capital Projects requires a strong focus on performance, accountability and project excellence. As the Principal Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of capital projects with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- You will support the Executive Director and delivery team to deliver a range of capital projects by providing high-level oversight and strategic direction.
- Develop quality feasibility studies and master plans to inform project decisions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Address complex construction challenges by guiding builders and contractors toward improved outcomes and solutions.
- Collaborate with managers in consultative processes that improve health and safety by utilising relevant tools and systems.
- A minimum 5 years of experience delivering capital infrastructure projects is required, ensuring project plans and objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
- Proven people management experience, successfully directing and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, building, engineering or equivalent demonstrated experience are highly regarded.
