Park Attendant Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Park Attendant at Discovery Parks Robe.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional front office service, supporting the housekeeping team, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in our accommodations and communal areas. As a Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins and outs, managing accounts, and supplying information about our property and local attractions.

You will work closely with our housekeeping team to track the readiness of our accommodations and maintain accurate records. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our park teams, residents, and guests.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
