Collective Trade Services, part of Ambrose Construct Group, are one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator to assist our painters and plasterers.

About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service by:
  • Scheduling and managing painters and plasterers' appointments.
  • Communicating effectively with trades.
  • Reviewing trades reports and submitting them to clients.
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and clients.
  • Preparing and submitting job costings to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and contractors regarding insurance claims.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
  • Experience in the insurance building industry (highly desirable).
  • Previous scheduling experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to process changes.
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to excel in a KPI-driven environment.
