One of our amazing staff is moving interstate, so we are on the hunt for someone to fill the very large gap she is leaving in our team.

Our ideal candidate will

  • be a self motivated team player with Barista skills and speed (consistent basic latte art during busy periods desirable)

-be trustworthy and reliable. Own vehicle preferred as no train station close by and buses only intermittent.

  • be available over 7 day working roster (at least 1 weekend day a must). Opening hours 7.30-4pm

  • cooking exp a big bonus, but not essential, we can provide training on the job

  • have exceptional customer service skills. Our customers keep us in business, so they are the most important part of this role.

-have minimum 1 year duty manager experience (proven). Once trained you will be responsible for open/close procedures and management of shift and staff at least 1 day/week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
