We're offering an exciting opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to become a valued member of Ventia's People Services team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our operations, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal movements to generating contracts and ensuring compliance.

- Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees across Aus & NZ.
- Assist with the general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in our customer service hotline on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Compliance on right to work documentation and maintenance of employee files. documentation and maintenance of employee files across NZ and Australia.
- Coordination of pre-employment checks including management of medical bookings and police checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure the records are compliant with existing employee data management procedures.
- Drafting employment and change of conditions letters with the use of enterprise agreements and awards.
- Support and coordinate with different stakeholders including hiring/reporting managers, P&C BPs, payroll, org management, recruitment and operations.
- Previous experience in a human resources/admin/compliance role or within a high-volume, transactional environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
